Publishing in Academic Journals
There is absolutely no ‘standard’ practice with regards to publishing during your PhD and the decision to attempt to do so will be conditioned by a number of important factors, some of which you won’t have control over.
Revise and Resubmit
Once you have submitted an article to a journal, you will probably open your email each day holding your breath, and when you finally find an email from the journal your heart may stop as you open it.
