If you get stuck using the library, don't panic. Staff are at hand to help and for the times when you can't get to speak to us there's lots of help and information online to if you're not on campus or you prefer to reach us online, then there's lots of support available. You can use our library chat service to chat with a member of library staff. You can email or telephone us and you can also book an appointment with a librarian.
In the campus libraries at Penryn and Falmouth there are help desks available to provide support with enquiries. Check the website for current opening hours.
If you need more in depth support, for example, you want help using library resources for assignment research then you can book an appointment with your subject librarian via the Book A Librarian Service. Online and on campus appointments are bookable via the library website. As well as the support from the library team, you can access study support for many other teams in student and Library services. For example, you may want help with academic writing, language support, support for disability or specific learning differences.
